Zones of Regulation

To calm down I can use Dragon Breathing.

  2. Hello Geneva.WOW!I really like your blog.I like that you have used colour over your words.It makes your work stand out.Did you do all this by yourself?I use the lemon technique with some of the children I work with.Have you heard of this before?
